Inroduction to John Crampton: Managing Director

John’s core discipline is in Mechanical Engineering,

having entered the industry through the traditional

apprenticeship route in the West Midlands.

Working from these core competencies,

John moved into increasing positions of

responsibility achieving a position of divisional

Managing Director, reporting to the Chairman

of an Engineering Group. John also purchased a materials handling company, which he successfully ran for a number of years.

With his wide engineering and knowledge, John now runs Crampton Dolezal using his skills and experience in mergers and acquisitions.

AREAS OF EXPERTISE

John has expertise in the practical areas of manufacturing, including aero engine component manufacture, materials handling design and manufacture, project management in general engineering as well as the Aerospace industry. This background has given John the expertise to offer his clients a comprehensive mergers and acquisitions service.

John works commercially with his clients based on a retained or project basis. John's aim is to always provide a cost effective and efficient service
